A good third of the exhibitors come from outside Germany. The strongest participation among the 25 foreign countries taking part has always been traditionally from Switzerland, with at present 51 exhibitors this year, followed by Italy with 24. In third place China has gained ground with 14 exhibitors. The 4th place with 7 companies each is shared by the Netherlands, Austria and France. And in the meantime even overseas suppliers from Japan, Korea, and the USA are using the GrindTec as their gateway to open the world market.
A presentation of the GrindTec given to Chinese trade associations last December awoke great interest and since then numerous groups of visitors have announced their attendance.
